This Order Form is subject to the Itembase Customer Agreement – Terms of Service (“Agreement”) between company named above (“Customer”) and Itembase Holdings Inc., a Delaware Corporation located at 2870 Peachtree Rd NW #915-8835, Atlanta, GA 30305, and entered into as of the last signature date above. By signing this Order Form you agree to the Itembase Terms of Service.
Itembase Terms of Service Modifications
A minimum of 8,333 transactions per month across all Connectors apply, beginning 6 month after the contract date.
