This Order Form is subject to the Itembase Customer Agreement – Terms of Service (“Agreement”) between company named above (“Customer”) and Itembase Holdings Inc., a Delaware Corporation located at 2870 Peachtree Rd NW #915-8835, Atlanta, GA 30305, and entered into as of the last signature date above. By signing this Order Form you agree to the Itembase Terms of Service.
Itembase Terms of Service Modifications
Customer can cancel after 12 month or downgrade to Listing Maintenance charged at €1,000 (€100/Connector).
This Order Form #3 is incorporated into the “Itembase Customer Agreement – Terms of Service” (Contract Reference: C12216) executed on June 22, 2022 between company named above (“Customer”) and Itembase Holdings Inc., a Delaware Corporation located at 2870 Peachtree Rd NW #915-8835, Atlanta, GA 30305 and entered into as of the last signature date above. All fees that are not included in this Order Form will be priced at Itembase’s current List Prices.
